The Professional Early Childhood Education (PECE) certificate program aims to produce highly competent, ethical, and future-ready educators through a sustained focus on:

Primary objectives of the program include:
- Transforming educators into accomplished, ethical, and reflective practitioners
- Fine-tuning teaching practices based on contemporary educational needs
- Embedding effective communication and emotional intelligence skills in early childhood practices
- Building effective partnerships with key stakeholders, including families, communities, and schools
- Implementing inclusive, play-based, integrated, thematic, and developmentally appropriate ECE curricula
- Applying ECE knowledge in real classroom contexts
Eligibility
- Pre-service: Minimum 12 years of education
- In-service: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
